One, twenty guns, lay down your arms, give up the fight~
Nullam has been shut off from the world for 6 months

an anonymous man has taken over nullam city , one of the
most influential and important cities in the world. how he did
it, we do not know. the man managed to work up an army of
his own, equipped with heavy machinery and strong men. he
has managed to kidnap the president and his right hand man,
the vice president. are they dead? nobody knows. the city
and the people in it have been shut off from any outside world
communication. no telephones. no internet. no cars. nothing.
he has created a bomb that can easily wipe out the entire
city and the 10 million people within it. if anyone even tries to
stop him, the man can destroy the city with a push of a
button. and the worst part is, you are one of the millions
of people inside the under-hostage city. congratulations.

the basic law.
✘ under no circumstances should you have your character
actually make the bomb blow up. no. that destroys the
purpose of the roleplay;; to stop the bomb from going off.

✘ there should be no mary-sues or gary-sues. ex. no
daughters or sons of the anonymous man who 'hates
their father and wants to kill him'. big no-no here.

✘ i am roleplaying as the anonymous man. if for a reason,
your character meets the man, do not control the character.
this just avoids plot-twists and things i'm not aware of.

✘ please write w/ detail. you must have at least 3 lines.

✘ gore and romance is allowed, but remember, the man
is very strict. any public sign of affection can get your
character killed in front of the city. if you get caught
killing or beating, you will be killed.

THE STATUSES


the bomb.
■rumor has it that the bomb has only a year
before it explodes, destroying the city. the
man can easily make the waiting period short.

■3 trucks roam the city, driven by men who
work under the anonymous man. one holds
the bomb. two are decoys with a fake bomb
that only sets off a fake explosion.

■a ferrari, also driven by a follower, guards
each truck.

outside world.
■the outside world has had no choice but
to send generous amounts of food and water
to Nullem.

■they are searching helplessly for a way
to get the people out, but fail. there has been
many attempts with military force, but alas,
the man has a large army.. and millions of
citizens that cannot be hurt in a war.

the anonymous man.
not much is known about this sudden dictator.
some say that he killed his family and friends
before taking power. some say he is mentally
ill, while others say he just thrives seeing
others in pain and suffering.

citizens.
■they are under strict watch by the man.
stepping out of line once can get you whipped
in front of the city, or even killed.

■no police officers or doctors exist. many
robberies occur. many die of illnesses.

■children under the age of 13 have been
taken to secret shelters along with the
elderly and animals. however, not many
dare to attack a child or elder in these
times.

■for court, a man, who used to be the mayor,
makes the decisions. the man does not know
about the 'court' the citizens have created.

■everyday, anyone who wants food or water
must report to the town center to stand
in a line to receive a basket full of water
and food. the occasional bottle of pills
or medication is thrown into the basket.

■every citizen is required to wear a dog tag.
this tag has a number on it. those who
have a lower number receive more food.
those with a higher number receive less.
those in the army receive a lower number,
those who are citizens were randomly
assigned one.

anon's army
■the man's army consists of thousands
of men equipped with heavy machinery. these men
have many more freedoms than the citizens. they
get more food, and often are allowed to have pets.

■they have made a large wall surrounding the
city where hundreds stand guard.

■when boys reach the age of 19, they are
offered the option to become a soldier.
most take this opportunity, as you are
offered more food for your family.

the weather.

as silly as it seems, this effects your life greatly.
in some seasons, you may be able to plant your
own food and collect rain water. in some, you
can melt snow. in winter, you can now grab
some snow and melt it down to get your own
water.
