What do you think of this?

okay okay, so you've probably at least heard of the "brain-dead girl" and maybe even looked into the story. After skimming through this article and reading a few comments, I've come to the conclusion that the family should just let her go. I mean, brain dead means dead. If I was brain dead, but still "alive", I would want them to pull the plug on me and donate my organs. (my grandmother died of some type of kidney failure...had she had a kidney replacement, she would've been fine. that's why i'm so open to the idea.)
What do you guys think about this? Do you think they should keep her on life support, though she is technically "dead", and keep gathering donations? Or do you think they should just move on with their life and let her go?
i'm sorry, it's just a really disturbing story and I want to know what other people think.

Re: What do you think of this?
never even heard of her oops
ehh tbh it seems like the family is convinced their daughter is in a coma, and isn't actually brain dead. there's a large difference between those two things.
i think they should pull the plug and let her go, but you have to put yourself in the parents shoes.. you let your daughter have surgery, and then.. she goes brain dead. you're basically being told online and stuff to "kill" her, in a sense.
that's probably the hardest thing a parent can do. i can understand why they're in denial and not giving up hope.
