Ah yes, welcome to the land of Cloverwood. We've been expecting you. We're perfectly normal people...from our perspective. But most visitors come with a sane mind, and then leave; calling us crazy, superstitious, and dangerous. But do not fear, we invited you here. The Fates have brought you here. So come on in...just be sure you don't step on any cracks in the sidewalk.

.S U P E R S T I T I O N S.

In Cloverwood, we believe in a great number of things. Here is a list of things we follow. Please keep this list handy, as you will need it to...survive, in our unique town.

1. Friday the 13th is bad luck. Everything will go wrong on that day.

2. If a black cat walks towards you it brings good luck, but if it walks away it brings bad luck.

3. Walking under a ladder, stepping on a crack in the sidewalk, breaking a mirror, opening an umbrella inside, are all bad luck. Do your best to avoid these things.

4. If you knock twice on wood, or hear two knocks on wood, it will reverse your luck...whether it be good luck or bad luck. But do this three times and you will be sent a hazardous challenge. One that is the difference between life and death.

5. An itchy right palm means good luck is coming your way. An itchy left palm means bad luck is coming your way.
